Fruit fibre for stabilization

SANACEL® citrus fibres are complex dietary fibres that are obtained from the peel of citrus fruits using a particularly gentle production process. They have emulsion-stabilizing and thickening properties and can therefore be used in many different ways. The citrus aroma harmonizes perfectly with dairy products and baked goods. Due to its excellent functionality, citrus fibre is also used to reduce fat in mayonnaise or replace egg in vegan mayonnaise, and increase yield in the meat products.
